Instructions for starting reservation

On Monday, March 5, 2018, at 18: 00, we will start reserving seats at Pokémon Cafe.
Reservations can only be made on the "Reservation" page of the Pokémon Cafe official website.

On the "Reservation" page, you can make reservations for the period from March 14 (Wed) to April 5 (Thursday).
For the following dates, the reservation period is updated from 18: 00 every day, and you can make reservations for dates from that day up to one month in advance.

There are two types of seating reservations.
Regular reservations are reservations for seats only.
In the "Reservation with Benefits", you can also reserve a seat with a reservation-only Pokémon Cafe Original Goods.
We offer you a variety of goods that you can only get with a "privilege reservation," so enjoy it!

• * Seats at the Pokémon Cafe are reserved. We're afraid, but please make a reservation yourself in advance and come to the store.
• * In case of cancellation of your reservation, you can make a reservation again on the reservation page.
• * In the Pokémon Cafe, you must order at least one menu per person. In advance, please understand.
• * Reservations for seats can only be made at WEB Please note that we do not accept reservations for seats by phone.
• * It may be difficult to connect to the reservation page immediately after the reservation is started. If you have difficulty connecting, please take a moment and visit the reservation page again.
• * In case of "Private Booking ", credit payment is required at the time of booking. In advance, please understand.
• * Pokémon Cafe is prohibited from reselling or transferring reservation information to third parties through Internet auctions, etc., regardless of the purpose or reason.
• * If it is found that the reselling or transfer is for the purpose of profit, the reservation information may be invalidated and admission may be denied with the reservation information. In this case, there will be no refund of any fees, etc. Also, we do not offer advance reservation privileges.
• * We accept all responsibility for any problems related to resale, transfer, or exchange of reservation information.
