About Our Reservation Service
Pokemon Cafe Reservation is an independent third-party booking service for Pokemon Cafe Tokyo (Nihombashi) and Pokemon Cafe Osaka (Shinsaibashi). We help guests reserve a table when the booking window is hard to catch or the process is unfamiliar.
Who we are
We are a small independent booking-assistance service for guests visiting Japan. We are not the cafe, not its operator and not its official reservation system, and we are not affiliated with the cafe. We are a separate paid service that places reservations on behalf of guests.
What we do
You choose the location, date, time and party size on this site and pay a reservation service fee. Our team then works to secure the table, and you receive a confirmation email. We charge the reservation fee only — never the cost of the meal.
When you hear from us
For dining dates within 30 days, the confirmation email is sent within 24 hours of your order. For dining dates further ahead, it is sent 31 days before the dining date. If we cannot secure the reservation, the amount you paid is refunded in full.
Where we operate
We take reservations for both Pokemon Cafe locations in Japan: Tokyo (Nihombashi) and Osaka (Shinsaibashi). This website and our support desk are available in English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French, Italian, German and Portuguese.
How we handle your information
We collect only what is needed to place and confirm your reservation, and we handle it as described in our privacy policy. You can read the privacy policy at any time from the site footer.
What we are not responsible for
Menu items, prices, opening hours, character shows and reservation rules are set by the cafe and can change without notice, so the final details are always those in your confirmation email or at the venue. We also do not publish average ratings, success rates or reviews that we cannot evidence.
