1. Booking and Payment

1.1. When using our service, customers are required to pay a corresponding reservation fee, which varies based on the number of guests.

1.2. If we are unable to secure your requested reservation, a full refund will be issued.

2. Service Fulfillment

2.1. For bookings with a selected dining date within 30 days of the current date, an official confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of placing the order.

2.2 For bookings with a selected dining date more than 30 days from the current date, an official confirmation email will be sent 31 days prior to the selected dining date. For example, if the reservation date is December 31, the confirmation email will be sent on November 30.

3. Payment and Refund

3.1. For bookings with a selected dining date within 30 days of the current date, an official confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of placing the order. If no email is received, the system will process a full refund.

3.2 For bookings with a selected dining date more than 30 days from the current date, an official confirmation email will be sent 31 days prior to the selected dining date. If no email is received, the system will process a full refund.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Once a reservation is successfully confirmed, no refunds or changes will be accepted. The customer is responsible for fulfilling the reservation on the agreed date and time.

5. Proper Use

5.1. The customer agrees to use the service appropriately and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in their country/region.
